Pricing & Customer Service Executive – Air Freight

Key Responsibilities
A. PRICING – Air Import
- Develop excellent relationship with the Networking agents to get the best services and attention.
- Centralize the Air Import pricing for the forwarding division of CSS Group offices.
- Customer Service will share all the air import and cross trade enquiries to Air Import Pricing Desk will source the best rates from the agents around the Globe.
- Primary focus is to increase the conversation hit-ratio and assist sales team to get business on-board.
- Maintain monthly Import PRICING BUY matrix enquired by sales as a ready reckon for others.
- Improve quotation turn-around time within same day of the enquiry sent.
- Identify and develop agents globally including contract signing, credit managing facility etc.
- Ensure rates are backed by space and equipment wherever possible liaising with agents.
B. ADD-ON Responsibilities
- Closely liaise with all vertical heads to develop the product and address to sales need.
- Reports to be maintained – Daily Import Pricing File to be circulated to the Sales Team.
- Monitor day to day commercial activities within the department and reporting new developments to Dept. Head.
- Discuss on weekly basis on any current/pending issues for all key and new accounts.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and submit the same to Department Heads.
- Keeping track on market updates.
- Joint visits with Department Head with all key accounts on a monthly basis.
We are looking for
- Minimum
2 – 4 years of Experience in Airfreight Pricing and Customer Service.
- The
ideal candidate is a team player and possesses strong communication
skills.
- Should
be currently located in UAE and be able to join immediately.
