Key Responsibilities

We are looking for
•
Accountable for airfreight Import queries from CSS Group sales and
propose the appropriate service.
•
Accountable for pricing and sustained service levels for all
airfreight import DAP/DDP/DDU, export ex works as well as agent inquiries
• Commercial Liaison with airlines / freight negotiations for imports
both longer term and for spot inquiries from sales/partners. Expected maximum
turnaround time 30 to 60 mins with at least 2 or 3 option to be considering
inquiries by the sales staff.
•
Responsible for entire Airfreight
Import operations and international shipments movement.
•
Looking after Inbound customs
clearance (Bill of entry) and documentations.
•
Handling standing guarantee and duty
deposits for Import shipments.
•
Arranging cargo transfer (ATA) from EK
and D’nata to our warehouse for Import shipments.
•
Provide operation costs to accounts
team for profit share and customer invoice.
•
Communicate and negotiate with agents,
airlines and shipping lines and also with dispatchers, warehouses and customers
regarding shipment updates.
• Organizing transportation activities,
including storage of goods, managing information occurred from point of origin
to delivery, orchestrating transportation movement and arranging for services
as necessary.
•
Assist in all other areas of
operations as directed by organization.
