Key Responsibilities
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products & services and enhance brand awareness.
We are looking for
- Create
and manage content for CSS Group’s, SEO, SEM, email marketing and social
media.
- Create
and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
- Design
and maintain consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
- Oversee events, Team building, strategy Meetings &
CSR activities.
- Establish
and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
- Collaborate
with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Ensuring the company is shown in a positive light on
all social media and PR outlets.
- Work
with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to
maintain CSS Group’s digital presence.
- Collaborate
with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
and marketing techniques.
- Develop
and monitor campaign budgets.
- Measuring and
reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Brochures / Pamphlet / PPT / websites to be updated
quarterly.
- Oversee lighthouse (Bi-Monthly publication of CSS
Group) with new contents and making sure deadlines are followed.
- Organize
and oversee conferences, trade shows, and major events.
