Key Responsibilities
- Conducting
research on ecommerce trends and fulfilment services to identify new
business opportunities.
- Analyzing
competitor offerings and market positioning to inform strategy.
- Develop
and implement business development strategies tailored to ecommerce
fulfilment services.
- Work
with senior management to set and achieve growth targets.
- Identify
and approach potential clients, including online retailers and brands
needing fulfilment services.
- Prepare
proposals and presentations to pitch fulfilment solutions.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and
retention.
- Serve
as a point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues related
to fulfilment services.
- Collaborate
with logistics providers, technology vendors, and other partners to
enhance service offerings.
- Explore
opportunities for strategic alliances that can drive growth.
- Monitor
key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition and
fulfilment operations.
- Provide
regular reports to management on business development activities and
results.
We are looking for
- Bachelor’s
degree in business administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related
field.
- 2-5
years of experience in business development, sales, or logistics,
preferably within the ecommerce sector.
- Familiarity
with fulfilment operations and supply chain management is a plus.
- Understanding
of ecommerce platforms and fulfilment technologies.
