Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. He will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Direct all operational aspects including operations, customer service, administration and sales.
To achieve a monthly GP of 2.5 times of gross salary.
Maximize profitability through efficient customer service, effective and prompt communication and follow-up on all pending customer matters.
Ensure customer contract requirements are understood and utilized to meet business expectations.
Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch.
Work with senior management to develop a business plan and goals for department
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
Ensure safety methods, practices and programs are implemented and maintained

We are looking for

An experienced Manager with proven Operational and Commercial success with a reputable Logistics / Freight Forwarding business in the KSA.
Strong Logistics & Freight Services Operations experience -- having dealt with large multinational clients/accounts an advantage.
customs rules & regulation knowledge is mandatory.
Sufficient knowledge of modern management and best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Available to join immediately.
