This has led to pricing pressures and the need for shipping companies to differentiate themselves through value-added services, technology, and customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>Many shipping companies in Kuwait are adopting digital technologies and automation to streamline their operations, enhance efficiency, and improve customer service. This includes the use of digital platforms for booking and tracking shipments, as well as automation of processes such as customs clearance and documentation. CSS has been a pioneer in this regard when we launched our very own ERP \u201c FINS \u201c in the early 2000\u2019s and with us now transiting to the even more modern \u201cCSS Next\u201d we once again will lead the way in innovation and next-gen technology.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10612 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/cssgroupsite.com\/lighthouse\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/css16.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"242\" height=\"302\" \/>E-commerce has started to see growth in Kuwait, which in turn is driving increased demand for shipping services, particularly for last-mile delivery and fulfillment. Another area where CSS has been ahead of the rest with the launch of CSS E-Logix in 2021 and is quickly becoming a brand to reckon with.<\/p>\n<p>CSS Kuwait successfully completed its first full year as a direct branch office, and the signs are very positive with the scope of better growth and subsequent improvement in the Kuwait market share. We have recently bid\/quoted for a major project that entails moving 1068CBM of a 22-seater Boat plus Cranes &amp; accessories to Mombasa, Kenya that would need to be cleared &amp; delivered to the client in Mombasa.
