After stints with engineering blue chip companies in India, he began his transportation career with Maersk Line in Dubai. A very enriching and rewarding career with the AP Moller Maersk group saw him successfully take on various challenging positions within the Middle East & Indian sub-continental geography. His previous assignment was as the Managing Director – Maersk Bangladesh.
Upon being asked on the reason he chose the CSS Group, Anil said, “Over my long exposure to the UAE, Oman and Qatar markets, I have seldom come across logistic companies like CSS which can boast of both client confidence, industry respect and fabulous employee loyalty. The CSS leadership is tremendously visionary and hence able to drive its corporate strategies well in tune with a very dynamically changing economic landscape of the geographies it straddles. It is truly a brand which evokes a sense of pride to belong, contribute and add value.”
